At our academy we teach the principles and concepts of Jeet Kune Do (JKD) and apply them through different techniques. We use alive training methods that emulate the end result. They install natural reactions not choreographed ones.

We teach the individual not a set system, this way people can apply it to there own needs. This can be self defence, self improvement and for people wishing to do mma competitions.
