Personal Fitness Training
Personal Training takes place within your working week/weekend and at your convenience.
Each session is an hour in duration and you may book up to three session slots per week. Sessions can take place as early as 6:00am or as late as 8:30pm on any particular day.
From complete beginners to seasonal exerciser, Personal Training is very specific to your requirements and focuses on key aspects of your fitness to ensure that you get and stay fit and healthy in the best possible way.
Functional training will form the bulk of your programme. This means that you will be performing exercises yourself as much as possible without a reliance on machines which do not aways promote functional exercise.
Your training will focus on the main areas of fitness including:
Cardio Conditioning Endurance Muscle Strength Posture Flexibility Resistance Core Stability Joint Flextion
This will be achieved using our programme of:
Body Weight Exercises (press ups, push ups, squats etc) Thai Boxing Running Pyometric Exercises (Explosive Exercises) Pad Work Non-Machine Equipment (Kettle Bells, Punch Bags, Focus Pads)
Effective Exercise
An initial consultation will provide an opportunity to understand your requirements, what can be achieved and when. Our programme will be designed around your requirements and aspirations. Every single session will be safe, effective and fun.
I like you to get into a routine of enjoying your training. Direction and motivation are provided along the way to keep things on course.
Buddy Sessions
If you would like to train with a partner, friend or member of your family, this is something that works really well. Training is specific to you and your buddy and sessions are always good fun, effective and quite often very competitive.
PRICES
At our personal gym in Ash Vale:
£40 per hour £35 per hour when you book up to 5 sessions in advance. £30 per hour when you book up to 10 sessions in advance.
We welcome you to share the cost with a friend.
An additional £10 per session will be charged if you would like the instructor to travel to you within a 15 mile radius of Aldershot.
Whilst we are fully insured, participation in all classes is done so at your own risk. We recommend you see a doctor before attending training to ensure that you are fit and healthy. It is your own responsibility to notify your instructor if you have any health issues which may effect your training.
